Who we are
This website is run by BEGUMMI LIMITED, trading as BeeVii Project House, registered in England and Wales, company number 15787680. Registered office: 5th Floor, 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described below. What we collect and why

The website has no contact form and no user accounts. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
You do not have to give us any personal data. If you email us without the details we need, we may not be able to reply.
Our email-signature tool for staff (/brand/signature) runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent to us or stored.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the website is used, but only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner. Until then no analytics script is loaded and no cookie is set. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses, we have turned off Google signals and advertising features, and we keep analytics data for 14 months.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you decline, we delete the Google Analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own website, not from third parties.
Who processes data for us
Our website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, and our email runs on Google Workspace, and website analytics, if you accept it, is provided by Google Analytics (all provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC). These providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations, including the UK–US data bridge for certified US companies, or by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep email correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry. If you become a client, we keep business records for up to six years after our work ends, to meet UK tax and company record-keeping requirements. Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email hello@beevii.com. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. If you live in the EU, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
