Cookies
This website does not currently use cookies or similar technologies to track you. Fonts and images are served from our own website, not from third parties. If we add analytics in the future, we will only set analytics cookies after you agree through a consent banner, and we will update this notice first.
Who processes data for us
Our website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). Emails you send us are handled by our email service provider. These providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep email correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry. If you become a client, we keep business records for up to six years after our work ends, as UK law requires. Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email hello@beevii.com. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
